Pricing
All prices are exclusive of Value Added Tax (VAT) unless otherwise stated.
Prices do not include logo branding, printing, engraving, embroidery, or any other customization services, unless expressly specified in the quotation.
Price doesn’t include delivery. The distributor has to collect the items from Gravity’s warehouse during the working time, subject to prior coordination and scheduling with Gravity
Stock Availability
Stock availability is subject to change without prior notice.
The Distributor is solely responsible for contacting Gravity and confirming product availability before committing to or confirming any order with its customer.
Order Confirmation & Stock
Reservation
Products shall only be reserved upon receipt of 100% payment.
Reservation priority shall be determined strictly based on the time of receipt of cleared payment.
No products shall be reserved based on verbal discussions, emails, WhatsApp messages, purchase intentions, or any communication other than confirmed full payment.
Payment Policy
All payments must be made to Gravity in full ( 100% in advance ) and are and non-refundable.
Collection of Goods
The Distributor must collect the ordered products within thirty (30) calendar days from the date Gravity notifies the Distributor that the order is ready for collection.
If the Distributor fails to collect the order within this period, Gravity shall have the right, at its sole discretion, to release, reallocate, sell, or otherwise dispose of the products without any liability.
In such case, Gravity shall not be obligated to reserve, replace, or re-supply the products.
Acceptance of Terms
Any purchase order, payment, or business transaction with Gravity shall constitute the Distributor's full acknowledgment, acceptance, and agreement to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions.
Entire Agreement
These Terms & Conditions constitute the entire agreement governing the relationship between Gravity and the Distributor with respect to orders placed through this platform.
These Terms & Conditions shall supersede and prevail over any prior or contemporaneous verbal discussions, correspondence, representations, understandings, or agreements to the extent of any inconsistency.
Amendments
Gravity reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. The latest published version shall apply to all future transactions.
