Warranty & Product Care
Warranty coverage, where applicable, is limited to manufacturing defects only and is subject to the manufacturer's warranty terms and conditions.
Product Care & Storage
To maintain product quality and performance, all products must be stored in a cool, dry environment, away from direct sunlight, excessive heat, moisture, and humidity.
Products, particularly electronic items, batteries, leather products, and temperature-sensitive materials, must not be left inside vehicles or exposed to direct sunlight or high temperatures, as this may result in permanent damage. Any damage caused by improper storage, transportation, or handling shall not be covered under warranty.
Misuse
The warranty does not cover defects or damage resulting from misuse, negligence, improper handling, accidents, unauthorized modifications, improper storage, or normal wear and tear.
Customized & Branded Products
The Customer is solely responsible for carefully inspecting and approving all customized products, including logo placement, artwork, spelling, colors, specifications, and branding quality, before accepting delivery.
Acceptance or collection of the products shall constitute the Customer's confirmation that the products have been inspected and accepted as compliant with the approved specifications. Gravity shall not be liable for any claims, defects, or discrepancies reported after acceptance or delivery.
Due to their customized nature, all products that have been branded, printed, engraved, embroidered, or otherwise personalized with the Customer's logo or artwork are non-returnable, non-exchangeable, and non-refundable, except in the event of a verified manufacturing defect or an error solely attributable to Gravity.
Battery-Powered Products
Battery-powered products should be put into regular use within three (3) months from the date of delivery. Prolonged storage without use may reduce battery performance and capacity, and such deterioration shall not be considered a manufacturing defect.
To maximize battery life, batteries must be charged and used in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions. Customers should not leave products connected to the charger after the battery has reached a full charge, and should avoid prolonged charging whenever possible.
Damage, reduced battery performance, or battery failure resulting from improper charging, prolonged storage, excessive heat, leaving the product inside vehicles, exposure to direct sunlight, misuse, or failure to follow the recommended operating instructions shall not be covered under warranty.
